A day of wind, rain, costumes, and fun was Halloween this year. The students had a great time with trick or treating and the parade. Thank you to all of the friendly neighbors who shared with our students! Even parents joined in the fun!

- I grew up in Hiawatha. I graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Special Education. In December 2007, I graduated from Baker University with a Master's Degree in Education. I taught elementary special education for 6 years in Sabetha before moving to Highland to teach 4th grade. I love teaching 4th grade! I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with my family.
